At Landforce, we provide reliable and cost-effective over-the-road trucking services. We offer national, regional, and local routes to meet the transportation needs of our customers. Whether they need to transport goods across the country or within their local area, we have the expertise and equipment to get the job done.

Due to the rate at which we are growing, we are always in the mode of recruitment, hiring and training of new drivers. And bringing in new customers.

About the Role:

In this role as Director of Operations for Landforce Corporation you'll be responsible for managing our drivers and growing our customer base. Running our operations efficiently and profitably is critical. You'll work closely with our leadership team to move our company forward.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You will be responsible for all areas of company operations:

  • Promotion: Selling the company qualities to prospects and highly qualified truck drivers.


  • Ongoing Learning: Willing to spend time at the washout, warehouse, both shops to meet the people and actually get to know them and their jobs.


  • Willing to manage our drivers directly and manage our dispatchers.


  • Management: Arrange interviews, hiring, orientation and training of new drivers and employees. Participate and help coordinate employee meetings.
